Presence

Our minds love to wander. From one thought to the next, we can so easily get sucked into the seemingly endless vortex of unconscious worrying and stressing about our lives. Take a breath. Breathe deep. And realise that you are here. Right now. In this moment. Where everything is just fine.

Some places just make you stop. This was one of them for me. The realisation of what we are capable of as human beings, surrounded by the beauty of mother nature.
